Is there a free trial for Pro? +
Pro includes a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial and can cancel with one click — no questions asked.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Absolutely. Cancel your subscription at any time from Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps. No cancellation fees, no lock-ins.
Does TrailAI slow down my store? +
No. TrailAI uses lightweight server-side detection plus an async pixel — it adds zero render-blocking resources to your storefront. Page speed is unaffected.
How is this different from Google Analytics? +
GA4 sees AI traffic mostly as "Direct" or "Unassigned" because AI chatbots strip referrers or use unusual user-agents. TrailAI is purpose-built to identify these signatures, classify intent, and attribute revenue — everything GA misses for this channel.
What data does TrailAI collect? +
